Due to the perishable nature of their products, Edobles generally has a strict return policy for edible items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, it's best to contact their customer service immediately with details and potentially photos of the issue. They will guide you through the process for replacements or refunds. Always review their official return policy on their website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

While Edobles does not consistently offer a standing student discount, it's always a good idea to check their official website or social media channels for any temporary promotions that might be available to students. You can also sign up for their newsletter for exclusive offers that might include student-friendly deals.

Edobles often holds sales and special promotions during major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. They may also have seasonal sales or flash deals. Subscribing to their email newsletter is the best way to stay informed about upcoming sales and exclusive offers. You can also find many of these promotions listed on this page at SpendMeNot.
